About Animals and Us
Animals and Us provides a range of educational, training and consultational services which are focused on the social and psychological aspects of animal care. Counselling and consultations are provided for problems relating to pet ownership. Examples of which include:
- Financial difficulties which may have an impact on medical treatment for the animal.
- The sense of uncertainty which may arise when clients are faced with an array of treatment options for their pets.
- The sense of uncertainty anxiety and fear that can follow the diagnosis of a pet's terminal illness.
- The emotional trauma and sense of devastation following the death of a much loved pet.
Courses and seminars are also offered on a wide range of subjects in companion animal studies as well as client management issues.
